Fried Green Tomatoes
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Slice green tomatoes into slices about a 1/4 inch thick.
- In a bowl, egg and milk ingredients.
- In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients.
- Dip each slice of tomato in wet ingredients. Dredge in dry ingredients.
- Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- In a shallow pan heat oil. Fry each tomato for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Dijon Dipping Sauce
In a bowl, mix all ingredients until combined.
