  • 1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger or 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper
