Ingredients
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cups FRESH WASHED spinach
  • 1 Scoop Whey Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 container fat free plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 4 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. In a blender, add ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
