Ingredients
  • 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Flour
  • 3/4 cup Bob's Red Mill Potato Starch Flour
  • 1/3 cup Bob's Red Mill Tapioca Flour
  • 1 tsp Xanthan Gum
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a standing mixer and mix on low for 5 minutes. Or, whisk by hand for 5 minutes until fully combined.
  2. Recipe may be multiplied.
  3. Store unused flour in air-tight container at room temperature. .

Michelle Uses Bob's Red Mill flour. Different flours produce different results and changing the brand may affect the taste and the appearance of the end product.
