Steak, Apple and Blue Cheese Bites

Super easy super tasty.  I used left over flank steak but any meat will do (fillet Mignon would be excellent)

Slice one crispy slight tart (I like honey crisps or granny smith) apple thin into slices.  Spread about a 1/4 tsp of blue cheese on apple. Place a thin slice of of beef (cold) on top.

    yeah, just polished off a plate of these. had some rare cooked steak left over and begging to be an appetizer. A fortuitous google search led me to these cheesy sweet tangy meat bites.
