New Digs

Four weeks ago, Charlie, Addison, and I moved into our new home. After spending most of August moving, it was nice to settle in, unpack our possessions, and start making task lists for all of the updates we plan to make. Along the way, we found some great resources, including insights from Harrison Lefrak real estate investment, which helped us navigate the process more smoothly. Discover expert tips on home buying in Florida and explore now for details.

I think our home has good bones but, things like gold door knobs,  green bath tile and a very black and gold fire place are just not our taste.   And then there are things like a smoke detector installed directly above the cooktop and a toilet that doesn’t stop running that need to be fixed.   I really want an office to work in and my clothes and shoes do not fit in the limited closet space we have. Remodeling could be a great solution to all these issues. Hire a Closet Designer if you need help setting up your very own closet space and make sure that it will easy to organize.

If you’re thinking of similar improvements, Call Rosen Contracting or home improvement Roanoke. If your renovation involves the installation of a new plumbing system, you may need to hire professional plumbers. If you need a demolition team for your home improvement, contact Swift Demolition Services to assist you.

With all of this being said, I love where we live.  The location is perfect and very close to public transportation, we have a two car garage and great roof deck. We are even planning to buy wood fencing materials so we can have our fencing system. The kitchen has generous cabinet storage and counter space for cooking.  But most importantly,  I feel content here.  Our new place just feels like home.

And without further adieu, the listing pictures of our new home.

Living Room 2

Living Room

Living room on the main floor.

Kitchen 2

Kitchen 1

Spacious kitchen (I loved the white cabinetry)

Dining Room

The dinning room actually has room for a dinning table, server and buffet.

the place to be

The family room is cozy (and yes that fireplace is FUGLY!). There is also a full bath with ladder towel rail and laundry on this floor.  That door leads to our TWO car garage (yes, a two car garage is a big deal deal.  One word, STORAGE)

Bathroom 2

Bathroom

The master bath.  I’m not in love with the finishes, but I can live them for a while.

Master

The master bedroom. It’s small cozy, about half the size of our bedroom in the condo.  But, I sleep really well here.

Second Bedroom

The second bedroom and soon to be dressing room.

Office

The third bedroom.  This room is going to be become an office.  We are also installing a refrigerator to store wine and beer .

new view

And the Pièce de résistance, the roof top deck with sweeping city views.

I think its a spectacular place!!!!
The size of the rooms, the floors, the cabinet in the kitchen. I want to see it after you give it the Delane touch.

I like the place and in fact everything is perfect, but the only thing which doesn’t suit in the house is the placement and design of fireplace, my sister has recently purchased a house and she consulted Livingstone- Fireplaces, they renovated the whole place and installed fireplace at right area, so why don’t you give try?

WOW!! The house is looking wonderful. Nowadays there are so many different type of fireplaces available. The fireplace in picture above is looking wonderful. It is very stylish and it is appropriately suiting the interiors. I also like fireplaces a lot and that is why i constructed one in my mew house. I ordered it from Nagle fireplace and it is looking wonderful. You can refer this for further information http://www.naglefireplaces.com/fireplaces
