Balsamic Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
  • 1 head cauliflower 4 cups
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Wash and cut cauliflower into florets. Let dry.
  3. Place a single layer of cauliflower on a baking sheet, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt and bake for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and drain any liquid from the baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and Balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle with remaining salt.
  5. Bake for 2-30 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes until tender and florets become a bit crispy.
