Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup lowfat buttermilk
  • 2 tbs mayonnaise
  • 2 tbs low fat sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tbs chives
  • 2 tbs tarragon
  • 2 tbs parsley
  • 2 tbs dill
Instructions
  1. Whisk (or in a food processor) buttermilk, mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl until smooth. Stir in herbs.
