Ingredients
  • 1 pumpkin washed, cleaned and cut into 1 inch wedges
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon crack pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven at 425 degrees.
  2. Place wedges of pumpkin, oil, salt and pepper in a zip lock bag, Shake bag so wedges are evenly coated.
  3. Place pumpkin on a shallow baking sheet and roast for 45 minutes or until pumpkin is soft and edges begin to brown.
