Ingredients
  • Salad
  • 4 cups green beans cleaned and cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/4 cup thai basil leaves
  • Dressing
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup sesame oil
  • 2 TBS cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 TBS honey
  • 1 TBS grated ginger
  • Topping
  • 1 TBS sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk until combined. Toss salad ingredients in a bowl and add enough dressing to coat. Top with sesame seeds.
  2. Enjoy!
