Smoked Salmon Spread

Easy smoked salmon spread is great on cracker or spread on cucumbers.
Ingredients
  • 6 oz smoked salmon
  • 1 package reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire
  • 1 scallion finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
  1. Soak a wood grilling plank for 1 hour.
  2. Place salmon on plank and season fish with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill salmon on a low grill for 20-30 minutes or until salmon is cooked though.
  4. Cool salmon.
  5. In a bowl, flake salmon and discard skin.
  6. Mix a package of cream cheese, worcestershire and scallions with salmon. Combine until mixed throughly. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
