Easy smoked salmon spread is great on cracker or spread on cucumbers.

smoked salmon

package reduced fat cream cheese

teaspoon
worcestershire

scallion
finely minced

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
pepper

Soak a wood grilling plank for 1 hour.

Place salmon on plank and season fish with salt and pepper.

Grill salmon on a low grill for 20-30 minutes or until salmon is cooked though.

Cool salmon.

In a bowl, flake salmon and discard skin.

Mix a package of cream cheese, worcestershire and scallions with salmon. Combine until mixed throughly. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste.
