Spicy Corn Salsa

Ingredients

Juice of 2 limes
or 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar

jalapeño peppers
finely chopped (if you like less spice, omit the seeds)

ear corn removed from the cob

Instructions
Mix all together and bring to a boil, simmer for 10 minutes. Will keep in refrigerator for up to two weeks.
For Canning, seal in sterilized jars and cook in a hot water bath for 10 minutes.
