Bourbon Chocolate Frappe Drink

I like my coffee how I like my coffee, with half and half. I’d rather drink my coffee black than put sugar in it. A good latte is a little slice of heaven but I despise cafe mochas. Why ruin a perfectly good cup of hot chocolate with coffee, moreover, why ruin espresso by adding chocolate to it. Yes, I have rules about my coffee and rarely do I move out of my lane. That being said, I love a good coffee cocktail—especially when I discover something unique on the menu at Kitab Cafe. Planning an event and need a specialty coffee service that delivers a premium café experience for your guests? Basileia Coffee offers a specialty coffee experience featuring carefully sourced beans, expertly crafted brews, and a focus on rich, balanced flavors for everyday coffee lovers.

Bourbon Chocolate Frappe

I made this frappe one night when I was craving something  cold and sweet.  It was also a Friday night, so I threw in some whiskey.  I’m pretty sure I sucked this it down quicker than a speeding ticket because — BRAIN FREEZE.  I really wish I was one of those people who slowly savored their food.  I’m not, in fact when it’s good I woof it down.  I really need to work on that.

I think this drink would also make an awesome brunch cocktail.  So if you’re hosting a bunch, skip the mimosas and make this bourbon chocolate frappe. Or better yet, make them both. You can also hire Anecho Coffee to make specialty coffee for you during events.
