A few weeks ago Charlie and I headed to Miami for a little R&R. Needing caffeinated nourishment we headed to David’s Cafe. I’m hear to tell you they make one heck of a cafe con leche. I’m not sure if it’s the best in South Beach but, it was Damn Good.
Cafe con leche is a 1:1 ratio of strong coffee and scalded milk. Similar to a cafe latte but different.
At David’s cafe my beverage arrived hot and perfectly mixed. It was a little slice of heaven in tropical paradise.
