When I first started my career, after leaving the call center of doom, I was a paralegal working in a law office and  I wore suits to work every day.  One of my favorite tops to wear with my suits was this fabulous Brooks Brothers turquoise silk cowl neck blouse.  The neckline was ultra flattering with all my jacket lapels yet the blouse was stylish enough to stand alone with a skirt or a pair of trousers.

I wore that blouse to threads and it suffered its ultimate demise one night when I spilled hot sauce down the front of it and the acid from the peppers in the sauce changed the silk’s color.   Ever since I ruined that blouse I have been on the lookout for a great cowl neck blouses.  Love the modern and graphic black and white stripes of this blouse by Red Haute.

That looks really good. I like seeing how you wear blouses I would be tempted to run from.

I’m liking the RH similar blouse. Might have to buy it.
