No Not Diamonds…..(but they are pretty darn nice too), its Addison aka..Baby A or the discount doodle.
Normally she is the first thing I see when I get home from work. And every day she give me a big ole smile (no really she smiles), then snaps her jaw with happiness while wagging her nub of a tail. Its one of the cutest things EVER. I even taught her to do the jaw snapping on command. Say “snappy snappy” and she will snap her jaw and hope to get a treat.
Today I really was not “feeling it”. I would have loved to have worn a mumu to work. Actually, I would have loved to have stayed in bed with Addison.
She lives a really really rough life! Alas, I chose a pair comfy pants, sweater and tank. I did tried to jazz it up with a colorful necklace.
I really love this necklace. I got if from one of my great aunts (I’d have to ask my mom but I think it was my Aunt Hilda?) It multicolored with flecks of gold in glass beads. They are really cool. I have a pair of clip on earrings that match but they hurt like hell after 10 minutes on my ears. I think my sister has the long strand of matching beads.
