I finally made it to a Bikram class..it was HARD, if felt queezie but afterward I felt great. I burned approx 1900 calories during the class. I’m also excited becuase I have a yoga partner. I signed up for 30 days so I’m going to do my best to go 2-3x per week. I want results!!!!

    That is so great that you and Amy are yoga partners. I was reading up that sounds like a heck of a workout especially 1900 cals burned. WOW! You will see results with those 30 days.
