Heat oven to 425 degrees.

Line cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix Chicken with chipotle pepper and adobo sauce.

One half the baking sheet place chicken and peppers on the other half place bell peppers and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Bake 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until chicken is no longer pink in center and peppers being to brown on edges.
