Roasted Broccoli

Creamy Pasta

spaghetti

Laughing Cow Asiago Wedges

cup
milk
any kind I prefer 2%

cup
basil
chopped

1/4
cup
pasta water
-
Preheat over to 425 degrees.

On a roasting pan place broccoli.

Drizzle with olive oil.

Sprinkle with salt, ground pepper, garlic powered and crushed red pepper.

Cook for 15 minutes or u until broccoli is tender but still crisp.
Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

Add pasta, and cook until al dente. Reserve 1/4 of pasta water.
Cheese Sauce

While the pasta is cooking, in a large pan on low, bring milk to a simmer. Add Laughing Cow cheese wedges. Slowly whisk and melt cheese wedges.

When milk and cheese are melted. Add a 1/4 of the pasta water that is cooking. Whisk until combined.

Add basil and cooked pasta. Toss until pasta is combined with sauce.

Add broccoli and toss so broccoli is combined with pasta.
