Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.

Slice green tomatoes into slices about a 1/4 inch thick.

In a bowl, egg and milk ingredients.

In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients.

Dip each slice of tomato in wet ingredients. Dredge in dry ingredients.

Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

In a shallow pan heat oil. Fry each tomato for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
