What is wrong with me…I just can’t get moving. Is it the weather, not enough sleep, my mental state, the food I’m eating..what is it that makes me want to crawl in a whole and not come out until June?

So I’m putting it out there..tomorrow I’m going to get moving. 60 Min on the treadmill…walking, running, crawling or what ever I need to do it..I’m going to get moving.

As for my goals..January is shot..the 3 lbs I wanted to lose are still sitting firmly on my hips..and they found company …3 more lbs. Once again I digress..what is wrong with me?

So I’m up 4 lbs in total..I’m not moving..what is wrong with me?

So my goal for February…Burn 25,000 calories, lose 10 lbs, and most importantly NO EXCUSES. Because I think that is my problem. I’m great at excuses. But, But, But…….. No more!

It can be done and it will be done!!!

I’m sick of being fat and I’m sick of sitting on my ass.

    I’m with ya!
MY excuse is that it’s dark ALL THE TIME. It’s dark when I leave for work, it’s dark when I get home. I want to see the sun!

But, that doesn’t help us any, does it?

I think ya just got to force yourself to get going. That’s what I’m trying to do, too.

    I here ya.

My excuse is the cold. I don’t want to stand outside and wait for the yoga studio to let me.

Or there will be too many people in the yoga studio…I’ll wait till the new year dies down.

Tammy is right. I just got to force myself to go. Bring the body and the mind will follow.

However my body is really sensitive to cold weather. BLAH, another excuse!

Winter just sucks in general. It is hard to get motivated to do anything. I am just happy that it is going to be above zero this weekend.

I do not have any idea how you guys in the cold do it. I flip out when it is anything under 50 here.

Allright, I wanna hear how Feb is going. Keep us posted 🙂
