I have been debating over what tile to get in my kitchen for MONTHS..okay I think it might be going on a year now.  Every day I come home from work, prop the tile up in my kitchen and debate.  I’ve narrowed it down to two choices:

Option #1- Glass tile.

Option #2- Textured Tile with a glass tile trim

I think I’ve eliminated the swirly accent tile because it’s bronze and I have stainless handles on my cabinets.  I also think the glass tile will be easier to clean since its smooth and does not have texture to it. The texture seems like a grease trap to me.

So if I go with the all glass tile, what size tile do I get?  Subway seem to be in style? Or is it a style on its way out?  Do I go with regular square tile?  I still think it might be a little to orange of a brown? Will I ever make up my mind?

Tile isn’t like a pair of shoes, once it goes on I can’t rip it off and change it.

So I have put a deadline on my tile decision, I must make up my mind by April 1st.

Unlike my tile, I had no problem figuring out what to wear last night at book club. Jeans, shoes and a sweater to keep me warm. Also, one has to be comfortable to eat a pound of swedish fish and meatballs.

I like the dark brown color over the orange, but not that tile. It looks like pleather in the picture.

We have the same granite. We have a smoke blue tile with some orange specs in it.

If I did it again, I’d get glass tile, and I like subway.
