So…

1. I took a week off of weight watchers so to speak

2. I’m on a plateau

3. I ate salt licks for two meals yesterday;  Thai food yesterday for lunch …spicy mixed vegetables with tofu and brown rice, pizza for dinner..oven fire cheese, onion and mushroom pizza.

I expected to gain weight this week,  I lost .2 this instead.

I was totally happy with that…and then my weight watcher leader had to open her big ole mouth and suck the joy right out of the room.

I’m sure she thought she was being helpful, but I really didn’t need to be questioned about my portions.  Instead of being the bitch that I wanted to be, I was nice, told her I measured and weighed everything. I’m on a plateau, I’ve gained and lost the same 1 for the past 6 weeks.  I’m sure it will break soon and I’ll be back to 1-2 losses some time soon.

Of course what I really wanted to say was…yes, Yes I measured the entire 4 slices of pizza I had last night.  I’m an educated woman and gladly it has provided me with the  ability to count and use standard units.  But thanks for asking.

So that’s my little rant, my weight watchers leader pissed me off today.

Your leader sounds like the one who after a person’s first week and losing 9 pounds tells the person it was all water. True, but not what anyone wants to hear.

Congrats on the .2. Just keep with it.
