That was the sound of my ass hitting the ground as I fell off the wagon this weekend.  The Pizza and Patty Melts did not help the good ole’ Weight Loss Journey that’s fo-sho!  I guess it could have been worse, I could have not biked the drive and I could have ate the french fries with the Patty Melt.  But overall, I hate horribly for lunch and dinner most days.  And when I did not eat horribly, I ate too much. 
Enough Woe is me!
I have a plan! Well I have a plan for today. I started the day off with a smoothie for breakfast (3 points and really delicious, recipe is below) and have a have a 6 point salad packed for lunch and 2 fruits as snacks.  When I get home I have a sandwich thin and a slice of cheese with some carrots to eat prior to working out.  I’m going to go for a 4 mile walk (not a stroll, 4 mph pace) sans dog tonight for exercise.  I then take Addison for a mile walk too.  I don’t think I’ll be eating the leftover pizza for dinner, so it will more than likely be some salmon or chicken  with yogurt sauce in a whole wheat pita with some spinach on the side. 
Day 185
Dress- Aqua (Nordstroms 2004)
Shoes- Stuart Weitzman (2006)
Necklace – ?
Earrings- gift
Watch- DKNY (Off 5th 2000)
My basic smoothie recipe – 3-4 points depending on the size of the strawberries
1/2 cup plain kefir
2.5 oz banana (small banana)
1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
3 strawberries  frozen
1 tsp agave syrup
Blend in blender for 3 mins on high (still smooth and it arriates the smoothie), server in tall glass.

    That is such a pretty dress.
    Seems like its getting hotter everywhere, well except for South America.
    Ahhhh you are making me feel bad on quitting my shopping ban. Maybe I can start over ?
    Maybe I can return the used cardy (I am the worst)
    Maybe I can delete the post and pretend it never happened ?
    Oh, well I think I bought it because it was just so ODD and I had seen a similar DKNY one in November at a Miami Outlet for 100+ bucks that I just had to have it.
