I didn’t realize how short these shorts were on me until I saw the photos. And, they don’t look horrific either, though I still have cellulite. And lets not talk about the bingo wing I seem to have acquired. *sigh*
In a nut shell (no pun intended), it was hotter than satan’s scrotum (okay I can’t take credit for that analogy, I got it from a friend) it was sweltering hot in Chicago this weekend. If I had a mu mu (or could have gone out and bought a mu mu) I would have worn it. Instead I opted for shorts and a halter top. I wore this to a party on Saturday night. I was very comfortable even with my cellulite and bingo wings exposed.

Shorts- St. John’s (JCPenney 2010, ended up buying them in TN because I didn’t pack enough shorts and re-wearing sweaty shorts was just gross)

Shoes- Tory Burch (2010)
I know, whenever I hit the stores I see these micro shorts and ask myself that question: who wears these?
Then I say to myself that it has got to be strippers (just to make me feel good ) and then I realize that all the young-er girls do. (Younger than me, that is)
I have one pair of black shorts. I like wearing them but, the cellulite is an issue too. It’s like, if I just did not have to move in them…. oh well.
I would have never thought your shorts were short. Looking good!
