During holiday weeks at work, more casual looks are seen throughout the hallways.  Black denim and jersey fabrics seems to creep into many peoples wardrobe.  Legging and a sweater were really tempting this morning but I decided not t fall victim to a pre-holiday wardrobe slump.

I originally bought this dress to wear to a fundraiser.  Back when I weighed 220+  the black slimmed me down and the A-line fell loosely over my hips.  30+ lbs lighter, it looks like a black sack without a belt.  Its pretty amazing how clothes still fit, they just fit differently when you lose weight.  I love the little bow on the belt that I wore today and the grey pattern in my hose.  A touch of whimsy in an otherwise all black outfit.

Dress- Calvin Klein (Nordstroms 2007)
Shoes- Charles Jourdan  (1999)
Jewelry- Gift
Belt- Talbots (2010)
Hose- Spanx (2009)

I like how the pattern on the sleeves ties in with the hose. Very nice!

That would look super cute with boots, too. Nice!
