I had finally found the perfect tile for the kitchen backslash this past spring. If you’re looking for tiles for your renovation project, you may visit the shop of nelson tile and stone.

I wanted to love it.  I kept it out for a month, I’d look at it every day and every day I thought it just wasn’t quite right.

Well I’m so glad that I waited.  After looking at HERO exteriors home page,  I think I found the perfect tile.  No really, I’m serious this time.

Flow Signature – Mini Strip finish in Pepper.

So, now that I’ve got the tile picked out and I’m not changing my mind (I pinky swear).  It is time to ponder what to do with the “charging” station.

While the table is functional its not exactly attractive.    I’ve been searching a lot of sites and I just can’t find what I want.

I’m leaning towards the following:

Amory Leveled Red Cocoa Cabinet

My hesitation, MDF.  It is pretty much made of MDF with wood veneer.  It might be cheap looking once I get it

Wayborn Burma Double Door Cabinet

My hesitation, it will look more safari than modern.

HeatherBrooke – Accent Console / Chest in Distressed Finish

My hesitation, the use of thew word distressed.

AA Importing One Drawer Cabinet in Black

My hesitation, the word black.  My furniture is teak, light cherry and espresso.

Pulaski Main Street Martini Bar in Black

My hesitation, again the word black. But this is EXACTLY what I want.  EXACTLY. WHY (said with my best Nancy Kerrigan voice) Why, does it come in black?

Pulaski Berma Caymen Accent Chest in Rich Brown

I actually love this but its drawers, and I want a cabinet to make into a liquor cabinet or to store stuff. And it comes in RED.  And lets face it, my beige and sage house could use a pop of color.  UGH!   Maybe I need to re-think my storage strategy.

Ooh, I like your picks. Is it the vertical tile or the mini tiles? Both are lovely. And I like the Martini Bar thing even though it’s black.

I’m going with the verticle tile,it has more of a modern look.
