It’s odd how 21 days can make a habit and how 7 can break one.

It’s been 7 days since my last pre-slumber sweet treat and I don’t miss them any more.

It’s been 21 days of 5 am wake ups to exercise and today I was disappointed that I couldn’t run (it was dark and I felt unsafe).

It just goes to show, a dash of dedication, a pinch of uncomfortableness and a lot of effort can yield big results.

Next, eliminate random snacking and seconds at dinner, I’ll be in the fast lane to my goal weight.

P.S. … I did run today, it was just at 5 pm, when it was light out. And it was in glorious 80 degree weather.

Wow, I need to start 21 days of getting up early. I could manage a short workout if I could drag myself out of bed at 6am (I won’t pretend that I can do 5am).

I don’t usually like running when it’s that hot, but this week I’m jealous of the heat. It’s snowing here this morning. 🙁

I need to push myself into doing something, anything… in the exercise department.
