Walking on Thin Ice

Today walking in the city was treacherous as it rained last night then it dropped below freezing.  There was this lovely thin coating of ice that covered the whole city like frosting on a glazed doughnut.  Luckily I wore rubber rain boots to walk in.  Still, I nearly bit the dust in them, like 10 times.  Awesome.

So while I was loving the weather in Florida last week, I’m still glad to be home.  I was glad  to wake up in my own bed to the sound of my alarm calling me to go and Spin.  I was glad to boot up my laptop in my docking station at work.    And, I was glad to shuffle home from work on a thin layer of ice

Home sweet home!

Best part of being home, picking out what I want to wear the day that I wear it.  Well, okay, in reality I still pick out what I am going to wear for the week on Sunday (habit from being on the road for 7 years and packing every Sunday night).  But if I want to..I can wing it and pick out something else.

Do you pick your clothes daily or do you plan your weekly wardrobe ahead of time.

Shirt- Laura Max
Pants- Ann Taylor Loft
Belt- Talbots
Shoes- Tania Spinelli
Earrings-gift
Necklace- ?

PS..My results from the Notch in your Belt Challenge will be relieved tomorrow.  Suck it and get that tape measure if you were participating.  A new March challenge will be revealed tomorrow too.

The shirt. I would give anything for the shirt. I could look at it for hours. Love it. I guess you can tell.

I love everything but the belt. Mostly because I had to examine the shirt to see the yellow.
But the outfit overall is very slenderizing.

You look gorgeous–that patterned top is so pretty and looks great with that bright belt! I wish I planned my outfits that far ahead, but the earliest I can do is the night before.
