Excuses and Quinoa

I somehow convinced myself that I didn’t need to workout tonight after work.  This just proves my theory, go in the morning before work is best for me.  Before I can talk myself out of the gym.  Well I somehow need to make up 4 miles this week.  Want to hear the sad Sad SAD part of this story, my 10 week pre-marathon training started this week and TODAY was my FIRST RUN.  Sad, lame, pathetic.  
On a positive side, I created a new recipe tonight, Quinoa Stuffed Peppers. DELICIOUS.  I will make again.  I’m actually excited to eat the leftovers tomorrow.  
I’ve lost a few pounds and quite a few inches since I last wore this dress.  I can really see a difference in the fit.  LOVE THAT.
