Today tickets for Next (Grant Achatz’s new restaurant) went on sale. Let me just say this, if I ever rolled out software like the one used for the reservation process at Next my ass would be handed to me by my manager and then HR would come with a pink piece of paper and box to pack my desk up. After working though the technical difficulties Charlie finally scored us a reservation. SCORE!!! Reservations at Next complete with wine pairings.
That is the good news, here is the more awesome news….. Its for May 27th at 9 PM. THE NIGHT BEFORE THE SOLDIER FIELD 10 MILER!
