Today was less miserable than yesterday heat wise but it was still hot. So once again I went with cool light knit dress. I replaced this dress with this one this year. I love the red, but the dress was a sack without a belt and it has also seen better days (lots of pills). To keep the dress office appropriate I a knit sweater/shirt thingy over it. I was cool and comfortable all day.
The weather is suppose to break tonight I’m looking forward to not being a hot sweaty mess by the time I get to work.
As you can see my herb garden is doing pretty good. I planted it from seeds around a month ago. I should have fresh herbs in a few weeks. Yum!

I bought mine on clearance when Smith and Hawkins went out of business in Chicago. I WOULD NOT pay more than $15 for it. Mine is plastic and it is kind of a pain to water the lower rungs. Also its pretty shallow. I will go back to a big planter next year.
