This past week my schedule was all messed up.  I had to be up every day between 3:30 and 5 am to be on a conference call for work to collaborate with a group who was in Paris.  To say that I was tired at work on Tuesday is an understatement. I was up at 4:30 and on a conference call by 5:00 am.  I had an out of the office meeting for a project and then headed back to the office.  I actually think I feel asleep at my desk for 5 minutes after I ate my lunch.  The combo of my 4:30 am wake up call, the relief that my meeting was done (went well too) and the carbohydrates that I ate at lunch had me head bobbing while trying to respond to email. I might or might not have had drool on my face.

I’m glad my alarm will not go off before 5 am next week.  I like to be an early riser but waking up before 5 am is JUST WRONG.  Almost as wrong fat free cheese.

Yes, I agree–before 5 is just too early! I get up at five every day during the week, and if I need extra time I just forgo breakfast or something. I just can’t bring myself to set my alarm any earlier! I do love that blazer–the tailoring is perfection!
