My Meditation log from 21 Days of Meditation.
Day 1-  I commit to living perfect health
Our Sanskrit mantra:
Om Bhavam Namah
I am absolute existence. I am a field of all possibilities.
My thoughts: First 3 minutes of talking were torture.  Could Chopra talk any slower?  Spit it out! Focusing on the mantra was hard.  I thought of a zillion other things like, I wonder if I have clean socks to wear tomorrow.   I had to look at the time at 13:42.  I ALMOST made it.
Day 2- Balance is my true nature
Our Sanskrit mantra:
Yum, Yum, Yum
Repeating “Yum” enlivens the heart chakra
My thoughts: I was able to focus to 14:28. The bell rang at 14:44.  Progress, I’m making progress.  I did this at work, which was not ideal.  I liked the Yum, Yum, Yum mantra.
Day 3- My mind and body are in perfect sync.
Our Sanskrit mantra:
Sham, Sham, Sham
Repeating “Sham” awakens the third eye chakra, your intuition
My thoughts: made it to the bell.  But I was thinking about, thinking about not concentrating.  My body was less fidgety.  I felt tired after, not vitalized.  I could use a nap.
Day 4: I trust the wisdom of my body.
Our Sanskrit mantra:
Om, Om, Om
Repeating “Om” honors our connection to the universe
My thoughts: I have a headache.  Hurts and I couldn’t concentrate.   I liked the talk from DC today.
Day 5: I flow in rhythm with my mind and body.
Our Sanskrit mantra:
Om Anandham Namah
My actions are blissfully free from attachment to outcome
My thoughts:   I was interrupted.  I wasn’t all that into it.  I do like the message, my mental state can make me sick.
Day 6: The Perfection of Your Body
Our Sanskrit mantra:
So hum
I am.
My thoughts:   I’m having a really hard time doing these.  Making 15 minutes a day …that is SAD!
Day 7: My body is a magnificent vehicle that connects me to Spirit.
Our Sanskrit mantra:
Lam, Lam, Lam
Repeating “Lam” opens the root chakra, allowing us to feel grounded
My thoughts:   don’t try to mediate if your hungry!

Day 8:
With awareness, I create healthy habits.
Our Sanskrit mantra:
Om Kriyam Namah
My actions are aligned with cosmic law.
My thoughts: after making myself sick on cream cheese frosting, I need to remember this.
Day 9: My outer world reflects my inner world.
Our Sanskrit mantra:
Sat Chit Ananda
Existence, Consciousness, Bliss
My thoughts: All I said was CHIT!  I had just saw the line-up for Lollapalooza and 3 day passes are sold out.  CHIT!
Day 10: I am one with the breath of life.
Our Sanskrit mantra:
So hum
I am.
My thoughts:   Could not stop saying  HO HUM
Day 11- Skipped, now its gone from the system.  Oh well
Day 12:  I cherish my every connection.
Our Sanskrit mantra:
Tat Tvam Asi
I see the other in myself and myself in others.
My thoughts: mantra had too many syllables.
Day 13: I am flexible, powerful, and balanced
Our Sanskrit mantra:
Om Varunam Namah
My life is in harmony with cosmic law.
My thoughts: I’m out of shape, maybe I should be at the gym and not sitting  here
Day 14…I just gave up.  I tried. I really did try to do these every day.  I kept skipping days and having to catch up. I don’t think its effective to do 3-4 in a day and then not do them for a week.

I’m a meditation flunky.  Did anyone else try this challenge?  How did you do?

Meditation is one of the great way to know self as it is very difficult to get the stage that makes your body to soul and viceversa. Astrology is also a great way to predict future analysis like getting astrology solve many problems even there are Mantra for remove black magic also.
