After much debate, mind changing, pros and con’ing (is that even a word?) we have made the decision to put our condo on the sales market.  It is a decision that is bitter sweet.  I love where I live.  I love my view, I love my bathroom, I love my building and I love our neighborhood. I am also planning to hire a reliable bathroom renovation specialists in Dublin with modern solutions to enhance the look and functionality of my space.

But being in a condo has its limitations.

–Last year when Charlie and I were car shopping I really wanted to explore buying an electric car but we couldn’t because there was no place in our building to charge an electric car. Those who are in the market for a vehicle may consider visiting a used car dealer in fort myers to find great deals. We also check the custom jeeps for sale in Fullerton, which is perfect for adventure and for our family.

–I’ve been wanting to try many renovations and decorating projects but I have no place to do them

–I really want an ice cream maker but I have no place to store it.

–I really want to get my hands on the best nasal filters for allergies available right now.

–13 flights down, 13 fights up (albeit in an elevator) EVERY.SINGLE.TIME  the dog needs to go pottie …RAIN OR SHINE OR SNOW OR SLEET

–I’d really like a scooter but we only have one parking spot

So it’s time, time to move on from a perfect condo in Chicago.  But first things first, it’s time to get our condo in shape for showing.  The next few weeks are going to be hectic and I’m sure our place will never look better once we are done.  But I can’t continue to think how much I’m going to miss our views.  I especially love it during a good summer thunder storm.

Where else can you see a storm roll in and roll out like this?

Wow now that is a great view to give up – but obviously you have made a decision. A few years ago i wanted to move to a house with a backyward in the city -but that’s out of my league $. So instead we bought a weekend home 30 minutes from the city. I still want the house in the city 🙁

Lorena a yard is a also a dream of mine, I’d settle for a place for my pooch to pottie without having to put on my coat, boots, hat and gloves in the winter.
