The day I turned forty I made three promises to myself:
1.  I promised myself that I wouldn’t grow old but rather age with grace
2.  I promised myself that I would start to live by the motto “if not now, when? and if not me, who?”
3.  I promised myself that I would some day have a kitchen equipped with a  Wolf stove and own a Personalized Goyard bag (that I would go to Paris to get) by saving my nickels to do so
For years I have been wanting to get my Spinning instructor certificate so that I can teach spin.  Living up to promise #2, on Saturday I completed 9 grueling hours of training (fyi..around 4 were on the bike).  Logistically I need to pass an online test but in reality, I’m now qualified to teach Spin.
And that is pretty awesome!

CONGRATS!!! I am a little terrified of spin class… maybe seeing you strive for this certification will be the push I need to get on a bike!!

I tried spinning and did not like it 🙁
I was bored, it was like i was just not going anywhere… then again i hate to excercise.
