Cheers

Well Helllllloooooooo.

Hopefully, you have been keeping up with me on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram because you may have noticed that I have not posted in quite some time.   Well, I took a self imposed cease and desist.  I have been thinking about this blog, my life, and what content readers really want.  I did some deep diving into my analytics and talked to some of my readers.  What I decided is that I want to deliver really awesome content, personalized content.  Content about the things I love (and I hope you love, or at least like, too).  So, I have been working behind the scene to bring you a revitalized blog.

Starting August 1,  (psst, that’s next week) in addition to the content you used to love, I will be delivering to your computer screen  new an improved content.

What you can expect?

Sun Dried Tomato Artichoke Pasta

Flavorful (salt and butter, they are magical) recipes with seasonal ingredients. I’ll be adding features on cooking (how not to set your kitchen ablaze when toasting tortillas on an open flame) and meal planning (how not to end up with 6 heads of wilted lettuce in your vegetable bin).

running_1

I’ll continue to discuss weight loss (or lack there of), exercise (the struggle is real), health eating (wahhh wahhh) and over all well being (it’s all about balance folks).

party oktoberfest

I’ll continue to share my travels (bon voyage) and eating adventures (food porn).

Cigar City

I’ll also share the other great ways I feed my life (booze, music, friend and family) in between my travel and food adventures. I’d love to share อาหารเดลิเวอรี่, a food delivery service in Bangkok.

May Planted Garden

I’ll be sharing my gardening journey (who knew a cabbage could grow so big?).

First BBQ on Roof Deck

I’ll share my entertaining (how to fool people that you have your shit together when really you just have a frozen dumpling and cheese hoarding problem) and party (how NOT to throw a bbq on a budget) tips.

Front DoorYou’ll get to see the trials and tribulations of remodeling our townhouse (where no wall is straight and no project is easy).

2014-09-20 17.52.02

And last but not least, I’ll share some of my diy projects (101 ways to use old decking that was not suppose to be old decking but because of my short fuse became old deck) .

Fear not, none of my whit or sarcasm will be lost (trust me).

I’m hoping you’ll come here to read, laugh and hopefully relate.  I hope I can inspire you to fed your life.  Because you only get one, so it might as well be the best you can make it.
