belVita Breakfast

Since I was a kid I have not been a big breakfast eater.  When I was little girl my mother always made me a hot breakfast which I aloofly ate.  As I got a bit older I began to convey my dislike for breakfast and by the time I was in high school my mom was happy if I ate a piece to toast before heading to school.

As a responsible adult I understand the value of eating breakfast.  I love my morning coffee but I’m still not a breakfast person.  A few years ago my mom turned me on to belVita Breakfast Biscuits.  She recommended I try them because she knew I always had a difficult time finding nonperishable or packaged breakfast food to eat after I exercise or  carry with me to work.  Because I try to limit foods with high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, artificial flavors or artificial sweeteners I don’t have a  lot of options.  She thought belVita Breakfast Biscuits would fit the bill and I could pair them with my coffee and  yogurt or fruit for a light breakfast.

She gave me a few packs to try and since then I have been a huge fan. I love that they are high in fiber, have 18 grams of whole grains and provide me with energy though the morning.

Exercise Clothes belVita

On Sundays nights when I prepare for the week, I pack belVitas Breakfast Biscuits with by gym clothes. belVita Breakfast Biscuits are awesome because I can eat them while getting ready in the locker room after I exercise.  Having breakfast while I get ready helps save time in the morning.   I’m not late for work because I had to wait in line at the bagel or coffee shop.

belVita in Drawer at Work

On days that I head directly to the office I normally grab a pack belVita Breakfast Biscuits from my drawer and head to my first meeting with my coffee and a piece of fruit.  I must mention despite being super crispy belVita Breakfast Biscuits produce very few crumbs so I don’t leave traces of my breakfast all over the conference table and floor.

belVita Breakfast Meeting

I feel full and well nourished until lunch even on days when my morning is packed with back to back meetings.

belVita at home with yogurt

And then there are those days when I’m at home.  I get to enjoy belVita Breakfast Biscuits my favorite way, with cinnamon dusted greek yogurt.  I use the belVita Breakfast Biscuits as a yogurt scooper.  With a cup of coffee in my favorite mug, it is a delicious and nutritious* way to start my morning

belVita Counter Top Basket

Because I truly care about Charlie’s nutrition, I put belVita’s Breakfast Biscuits in a basket on our kitchen counter so he can grab a package on his way to work.  He is a huge fan of the belVita Breakfast Bites.  He likes to have his breakfast in two courses.  For course #1 he eats belVita Breakfast bites while walking to work.  Then when he arrives at the office he grabs a banana and has course #2.  Hey what ever works.  I’m just glad he is eating real food with whole gains and no HFCS.

belVita Snack Isle

belVita Breakfast Biscuits can be found in the granola bar isle at Target.

belVita Value Size

As you can tell we eat a lot of belVita Breakfast Biscuits so I love that I can now buy them in Value Pack Boxes at Target.  My Target has the value boxes in a special Value box section of the isle.

What are you having for breakfast this morning?  Do you eat a big breakfast in the morning or are you like me and prefer a lighter breakfast?

I would totally eat the breakfast biscuits with yogurt and the cinnamon is a great touch! Thanks for letting me know that they don’t leave many crumbs. I eat my breakfast in the car and I hate when I have crumbs all over the place after I eat! #client
