My goal for the week was to not exceed my weekly points + activity points. Mission accomplished. I lost 1.2 lbs this week. I’m at a total of 2.6 in 3 week. New week and I’m kick things up a bit (Charlie is home from Germany and schedules go back to normal) and working towards 5 days of exercise and staying within my points. You know, working the program for optimal weight loss.
And I just wanted to put this out there for anyone who thinks they cannot lose weight. Last week I ate out once for lunch, had a sweet treat every night before bed (btw…a couple caramels that I tossed some kosher salt on were great and pretty point friendly) and had a few beers at the Bears game. Its all about choices.

Joie- I lost 40 ish on wewa then went on maintenance. It works, it just not fast.
