Today I ran my first 10k in two years injury free. I was slow, but I finished and that in my book is all that matters (right now in my post run high, I’ll bitch about my time tomorrow).

It was great running (on the course) with my friend Susan. Nothing beats that congratulatory high five from a friend post race (well maybe a beer, but there was no beer at today’s race)

I feel like I’m back, or on my way back to happy sweaty running.

That’s what matters in most books. Now find that beer!

    Congrats!

I had a beer at brunch.

    We are “hotness personified!”

We finished AND we did not die!:) I am off investigating our next race!
