Seriously who doesn’t love pizza and if you don’t your just a big weirdo in my book? Left over pizza one of my favorite breakfasts, right behind a couple of eggs, some crispy bacon and rye toast with buttah!

Breakfast pizza is as simple to make any home made pizza.  And if your really really lazy, I don’t see why you couldn’t crack a few eggs on top of a DiGornio.

Ingredients:
Pizza Dough (I like TJ’s)
Pizza Sauce (when I don’t make my own, any good canned sauce will do)
Shredded Mozzarella
Eggs
Fresh basil and Oregano (dried will suffice in the winter)
Any other toppings you like on your pizza, bacon or breakfast sausage is also tasty.  I made mine with fresh tomatoes

Roll dough, brush with olive oil, and bake for 3-4 minutes

Add sauce, herbs and any below cheese ingredients.

Add cheese

Crack eggs.  Top with any other over the top cheese ingredients (ie: bacon, sausage, ham)  Normally I would use 6 eggs, for 6 servings but I only had 5 eggs.

Bake for7-10 minutes.  The longer you bake the more cooked your eggs will get.

Slice and ENJOY!

I never would have thought of putting eggs on my pizza, but that looks absolutely delicious!
