For Breakfast I had coffee and hot cereal with almonds and cranberries. FIBER+Good Fat+Anti-oxidants
For lunch I had a reasonable size piece of meatloaf with potatoes and olive oil and green salad (almost for got about that)
For my mid morning snack I had a fat free Greek yogurt with honey
For my afternoon snack I had a small bag of popcorn
So for tonights dinner…3 cups of veggies, spread over 3 hours so I don’t have to count the points (you do know if you don’t eat them in one sitting, you don’t have to count the points RIGHT!) with side of air and water.
Yeah I know, I have flex points. But I have to save them for the weekend.
Yeah I know, add more vegetables. Great, come over and cook for me!
