32 degrees at 6 am. I got my ass out of bed, put on my running clothes and made my way to Grant Park.  9.3 chilly miles were run!

I had a much better race than last week.  Much Much BETTER.   I’m having a hard time believing I ran a 9:15 mile 2.  And if I did, this gives me so much hope for a sub 30 5K.  I also had to start walking the last few miles.

Overall, I’m really happy with my run today!

Double Thumbs Up!!  Even with the chaffing on my ass!
