November was a horrific month for me weight wise.  I was down, then up, then down, then up, then up.  My excuses:
  1. Race running,  only exercising once a week (then recovery mode post races) and then it took me some time to let my muscles and feet return to normal.
  2. I was out of town and ate like crap then
  3. Thanksgiving weekend I ate like ate every meal as if it were my last
With all of that, I’m up 5 lbs (you can see it in my face when you look at the pictures).  My weight has been bouncing between 192-194.  I had a few days it was up to 197 and I had a serious freak out.

Shit, It happens (said in my best Forest Gump voice) and its not like I gained 20 lbs, its 5 lbs.  A couple of weeks back on-track and it will just be a memory.

On to what I wore in November.  What did you like best?  The least?  Most figure flattering?

    I like the

first one (who doesn’t love cashmere?),
the Brooks Brother skirt with Elie Tahari shirt (it may be the color that draws me to this),
and the Banana Republic jacket just below it.
Oh! And the Mark Shale dress.

I think I like the dresses and skirts because I never wear dresses or skirts. Maybe I should start…

Just stopping by from the Newbie board and had to say you’re adorable!

    Keep up the good work.

Don’t be too hard on yourself–it is the holiday season after all. I think you look great! The black dress with the rose-toned blazer and belt is my favorite (I think it was the last look of the month).

Though you are not slim you still manage to wear stuff fashionably.
