I spent all of January losing the weight I gained in December.  Well actually that is not true, I spent the first half of January half assing, you know have two good day and negate it with a bad day.  Go to the gym on Monday never to return to the gym again until the next Monday.

Mid-month I put on my big girl panties, had a little talk with myself and  I’m down 1.5 lbs in January.  Back to 192 at the end of the month.  I’m now back on track and I’m going strong in February.

So on to the clothes.  What did you like the most?  Didn’t like?

I have to say, January was not the best month for me.  It was cold, I was struggling with what to wear every day and the few extra pounds I found really hit me hard and made all my clothes feel tight.

My faves were the ones you wore a dress in.
I really like the way you are “budgeting” – rewarding yourself via the miles you run.
If I tried that system I could probably buy new underwear by the end of the year 🙁
