The motto of my week was JUST DON’T GAIN!  I on the road for work this week in San Diego,  home of fish taco deliciousness!

and Tuna Poke awesomeness!!!

My strategy, eat light for breakfast and lunch so that I had room for dinner. Exercise 3 times, not matter what it is.

Well mission accomplished.

I walked 3 times for an hour each time (I also got a run in this weekend). I had fruit and an egg every morning for breakfast with coffee for 4 points and then kept my lunches (except for one) under 10 points.

Results….I lost .4 this week.

I consider this small loss a victory!

I agree with Susan – if you can lose while eating out that’s a win. Boy do I miss fish tacos. :*(

That is a huge loss!! It reminds me of my econ class, not only did you loose weight but you didn’t gain (which normally you probably would have – I know I would have). So it is more like a 2 lb victory!!

Thanks all. The tacos were the BEST I’ve ever had. If you ever in San Diego I highly recommend Blue Water Seafood. Everything was fantastic. But 3 tacos was way too much. One was plenty.
