Simply Delicious Tomato and Pepper Salad

Sometime simple food is the best food. This healthy salad took me exactly 3 minutes to make.  Simply wash and slice tomatoes and peppers. Top with crumbled feta (I used light feta which is the only light cheese I can tolerate), olive oil, salt and pepper.

Done and Delicious.

    YUM! I love greek salads just cause of the feta, tomato and peppers…this is my kind of salad.
