December and January were very mild in Chicago.  Last year in Chicago we were digging ourselves out of snowmageddon and I wore my Northface parka constantly, this winter Spring like temps and I have only worn my parka once. Last year I was constantly in sweaters, this year I’m wearing skirts and blouse.
Are you loving the mild temperatures of the this winter?  Are your dressing with 10 less layers than last year?

As far as size…I’m 2.5% less of myself than at the beginning of December.  I’m still up overall but back on track and working on my goals.
