Sizing Up February

February was a short but busy month. A trip to DC and a trip to Vegas made it hard to stay on track with my eating. I did lose 4 lbs. My exercise is what suffered most. I didn’t workout at all in Vegas. The good news is my pants are not as tight as they were at the beginning of the month. I can breathe a little bit easier in my skinny jeans.
