No Sugar Added Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars
Ingredients
- 8 oz pitted dates
- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions

In a food process add dates. Process until the dates form a paste. Add oats, peanut butter and cinnamon. Process until all items are combined and become like dough. .

Line a small baking sheet (with a lip) or shallow pan with parchment paper, press dough into pan. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Remove from pan and cut into small squares.

Melt chocolate chips and place into a disposable piping bag. Cut tip of bag and drizzle chocolate over bars. Refrigerate for 1-2 hour to set chocolate.
Recipe Notes
Refrigerate leftover bars in an airtight container. They will keep for up to two weeks.
